EXECUTIVE COACHING Our approach is based on the Co-Active® philosophy, which is the core model from the Coaches Training Institute, assumes that the client is 'naturally creative, resourceful, and whole'. In short it means that you have within you all the resources and answers that you need to move forward with your life and leadership journey irrespective how stuck or unsatisfied you might be at this point. The role of the executive coach is simply to help you access those resources and direct them in a forward movement helping you keep your own transformational agenda.
As such your coach will not provide any advice, solution but work with you so that you are able to come up with the best answers to your leadership aspiration. The power of coaching is derived from the alliance that is created between you and your coach and by the strict confidentiality and ethics.
Coaching is hence not a conversation that you had with your trusted friends/colleagues or your family members. It is not consulting, It is not mentoring.
Clients are living into and toward their personal and professional fulfillment, balance, and process.

- Balance coaching concerns opening up clients' perspectives in different areas of their lives in order to make choices and turn those choices into action;

It enables to map a person's interest against 6 types and 30 Basic Interest Scales, 260 Occupational scales and 5 personal Style Scale. The combination enables to match a person's interest against the profile of actual people in specific roles thereby creating a ranked list of potential preferred career/roles based on interest. This interest inventory provides a powerful tool to begin to determine where our natural wide ranging Like/Dislikes would guide us to provide the most job satisfaction. Combined with a psychological type tool such as MBTI or Interpersonal Orientation Behavior Firo-B, it constitutes an insightful way to match career interest with innate personality behavior preferences.
